I have just got a copy of a trade magazine I subscribe to and the predictions for post Christmas pricing are frightening. Most consumer white goods and electronics manufacturers are flagging post Christmas price increases of 10-15% minimum with some looking at 25% increases.
As cameras particularly DSLR's fall into the luxury end of the consumer spectrum and the importers are small and largely only involved in the camera or related markets you can guarantee that camera price increases will be higher the fridge price increases in percentage terms.
