Weird spots on pics

I don't know if anyone has asked for help with this or not...but sometimes when I take pics at shows, these spots show up on my pictures. It seems like my camera lens is dirty but it's really not. What's going on?

well that looks like water drops ,or rain drops ,when they're flashed . there's nothing on the lens , it's just what i said . it happens often when i take flash shots in the night when it's raining. hope that was helpfull

Dust reflected by the flash. One of these days I should add this item to the FAQ page since it's a fairly common problem.
