In New England, Fall is all about the leaves, and they don't last long - most are gone by now.

Here are a few of my favorites so far....

3 and 7 are my faves. I'd like to see 7 a little lighter though.

Well done Michael.

#2 - really love the composition and how the rail leads into & thru the image. I wish it wasn't shot at such a shallow dof tho.

#5 - another nice one. Maybe up the contrast a little with a curves layer. Nice leading lines again.

#6 - simple, yet very nice shot.

#7 nice shot. Gotta love the 10-22!

Very nice Michael! 4 and 7 are my favorites. 2 is very nice too, but I'd focus on something that isn't on the extreme edge of the frame.

Thanks for the comments guys; each Fall I try to focus on something a little bit different. I don't know about you guys, but my photography definitely changes as time goes on - the way I compose shots, PP, etc.

I've also been using LR 2 recently (downloaded the trial version); the local adjustment brush is really handy for quick adjustments; If you have been thinking about it, check out the trial - its really nice; I just might break down and buy it. ;)

Since my Graphics card crashed...using LR 2 makes my pc lag...so I still need to check it out properly but I've been hearing only good things about it...can't wait to use it...

Dunno how I missed this thread!

Beautiful series Michael!

My favorite is #9, #8 & #2 in that order. However, like many said, for #2, i would prefer the focus to be the leaves on the road(lower 2/3rd center of frame), with just a tad more DOF:)

Great work mate!

Great shots. I love autumn back in North America. I haven't been able to experience it for about 8 years now. Maybe soon though. #3, 5, 7, and 8 are my favorites, but they're all lovely.

Really nice michael. I see something in all of them... did you use a tripod for the stream shot?
