The quality is nice but watching it on a crappy compressed low res jerk-o-vision website video is not really a good way to judge. Plus I noticed a lot of blown out whites in that video.

I was more impressed by the Laforet video. Mostly because it was produced like a real movie. This video still shows the potential of the camera though and that's excellent. The technical abilities of the camera far surpass the skills of 95% of those who will purchase it.

i'd think that would be expected since they can't control their lighting. dunno about low quality, maybe i watched something else, but it looked like very high quality to me...maybe you watched in standard def?
either way, i loved watching the bokeh and quality of the video. one of these days i'll get that camera.
