Damn it, I was taking shots today of my brother and his friends for his birthday and I hit the "Err 99" on my camera. I have no external CompactFlash Reader so I have to take it into the store tomorrow to get it flashed.
Just wanted to warn anyone else out there that just bought the 50D that isn't aware yet, there is a firmware upgrade that takes care of this issue so get it done before you hit the Err 99 otherwise you'll be hooped for a night like me. Thankfully, it was the last shot of the night before he and his friends left.
