Had the usual early morning cricket today. This time decided to wake up earlier than normal and try to get some decent panoramas and normal shots of the creek as the sun rises behind the building....
Took them hand-held, was too lazy to get the tripod out so most ended up being under exposed and needed to be bumped up in PP creating some noise...
Here's the first edit...
A shot of a part of the creek that divides Dubai into two parts...I live somewhere behind those tall building...

Great pano's faisal - what software are you using to combine your shots?

Thanks michaelb....I'm using Photoshop CS3 automate option to photo merge. Helps me edit what the software merges more easily than any other software as it uses layers in the end....

More great panos faisal. I like CS3 photo-merge. I think it does a great job. I used to use photo-stitch but have recently switched software.

Thanks FLiPMaRC and zmikers.....
Photo stitch seems very basic in comparison to CS3 photo-merge

You are the man on these pano's Faisal. Great work. The crows over there are much different in color than where I live.

Have you thought about getting together a collection of panos of the city and taking them to a travel info company or someplace like that to see if you can sell them? I'm sure someone would be interested.

Thanks....the crows over here are said to be from India as they are not native to this place. Hardly any bird we see here is...

Yes I have....I'm initially trying to have a small collection of them and then maybe approach a company....lets see how that works out!!!
