Ok,
got a canon 300d, and a tamron af 28-300mm XR, f3.5-6.3 LD Aspherical lense attatched...

Heres my problem, it never seems to focus quite right, especially at distance. Is there anything I can do to "tweek" it a little? Is the lense faulty? or maybe ot just needs taking into a good shop for a spring clean?

I'm sure its not the body, as when it has the original 18-55mm lense on, all focal points are good...

Any help appreciated...

If you purchased it new send it back to Tamron for adjustment. Also, some samples would help -done on a tripod.
