Spyder for Calibration

Yes.

OK. I really thought about leaving it at that, but that would be just cruel. I have the Spyder 3 Pro. It's dead simple to do the calibration. The hardest part is figuring out how to apply the calibration after you do it. Each application will have a different way of getting set up for calibration.

For instance, some applications are not color managed. These are actually the easiest, because you have already calibrated the screen/operating system, so there is nothing else to do.

For programs that are color managed, you have to read the documentation and figure out how to apply your calibration to that application.
