Well it's friday night so I am going to head out for high school football with the 70-200. If anyone is interested I have lots of my soccer shots up on my flickr page, and you can get the exif data there, most have of course been cropped and some have a little PP, and others well they have plenty! Perhaps it's just the sport or experience (probably the latter), but these came out much better (more consistent) than the football ones when you first got the lens! They seem a lot sharper and you really feel like your watching the game!

Thanks! those first ones from football we were the away team, and it was a pretty big crowd so I went down by where the band sets up and just stayed there. With the soccer I am better known, as I have coached rec. leauge, indoor winter leauge, and was the assistant to the high school varsity coach for last 2 years. Knowing lots of the girls and there on field habits can really help. Plus with soccer both home and away I am more comfortable walking all around the fields and standing right off the touchlines. Will post some new football shots tonight or Sunday.
