Hi, I'm new, so bear with me. :) I searched for this, but couldn't find any relevant threads, so I apologize if this question has been answered already.

So, question is, how can I put any old photo from my computer onto my camera (Panasonic TZ5 -- didn't know if this should've been posted in the Panasonic forum...) and have it show up in the camera's playback mode? iPhoto, e.g., doesn't allow you to just drag a photo onto the camera. I also tried copying the file into what seemed to be the right place in the Finder, but it didn't show up in playback mode. I'm guessing there's some sort of index file on the camera (on the memory card or not, who knows) that keeps track of what photos it knows about. If so, is there a way of rebuilding this file?

I'm running Mac OS X 10.5.4 on a Macbook Pro.

OK, figured it out. :) The trick is to name the file something like P1010631.JPG (where 101 is in the directory name, ie. DCIM/101_PANA/P101xxxx.JPG). Oh, and it apparently doesn't know how to read .PNGs. Hope this helps someone.
