I have and use that filter..works good but I would avoid buying from China,just my opinion. I bought several from this seller with good luck.

I'd look at local stores rather than ebay.

Aside from a good 1A Skylight for physical protection, I'm of the mind that today you can alter any photo image in software that you could only a few years ago with a filter. Polarizing filters may be the exception, but I would recommend going with a brand that you know has quality glass. The result of a cheap Chinese knockoff, even if by Hoya, is a lot of defraction from cheaply made and ground glass. Not really worth it.
And with software, you have the added luxury of an "undo" button if you don't like the results.
