I jhust bought this camera (kodak c813) and some of my pictures (most of them) show up like this (The horizontal lines are the problem).
This is when IU do it on automatic, anti-shaking and low light, and anti-blur.
Does anyone have an ideea why this is happening?!
If you need more details, don`t hesitate to ask.

Nothing wrong with your camera. What you can see on the picture is a normal camera shake, no anti-shaking or image stabilization will do miracles here. How to avoid it? Several options:
- Use a flash for indoor photos, the easiest option
- Use a tripod.
- Use a higher ISO setting which will cause higher shutter speeds, but unfortunately also lower image quality.

The problem isn't the camera shake, it's the horizontal lines that indicate a sensor going bad. Contact customer service.

my dad bought it from a cruise ship, and I don`t see any warranty certificate. Just the receipt.

Couldn't hurt, but I can't see how it would help. The problem is a chip going bad or a loose connection; firmware doesn't enter into it.

ok. so I did a firmware upgrade. or maybe a downgrade. I went from 1.40 to 1.30 and now the display`s colours are disorted, and there is a thin grid on it, like the TV-s in america, and the pictures are still bad. can someone help me find the 1.40 firmware back?! the kodak website doesn`t have it. Thanks.

So call KODAK and see if it's under warranty. If you have a reciept it's one year from that date. Fool it it firmware?, ok sure thats the ticket.
