This survey considers APS-C sensor-only lenses. The second survey considers the Full Frame sensor compatible lenses.

If you have purchased a SONY α200, α300, α350 or α700, then you may be wondering what SONY zoom lenses are out there for your camera.

With your help, this survey will help gage how the trend is going among the current forum members.

Please check off the lenses you currently have with your camera system, if they are listed.

See the other survey, also for the remaining zoom lens listing.

Kit lens + DT 18-250 here - plus, I've also added a Minolta 70-210 F4 "Beercan" and a prime Minolta 50mm F1.7 to my kit - so the Sony lenses are far from the only game in town for us Alpha users! :-)

I'm thinking now that the Beercan may be redundant to my 18-250, but the 50mm is great indoors without needing flash.

Well, I know for a fact there are more than four (4) people STUCK with the "kit" lens. There's no shame in it ... I got stuck with mine because I could not go "BODY-only" back in July 2006.

Believe me ... it's on the shelf. Probably a "dust-collector" for sure.

Still looking for a little more participation ... check out the TAMRON survey, too. SIGMA survey to be along ... shortly.

As for me it's like what I wish I could do in the upcoming election - NONE OF THE ABOVE
with the Sony prices the only one I have even thought about is the 16-105mm The 55-200 is not a bad price but already having the Tamron 70-300 and planning on buying the 70-200 2.8 I don't really have a need for the Sony 55-200

Only eight people? This is funny, I see more than 308 views ... where's the participation? Where's the love? Heck with that, where's the money?
