Looking for a little more range than what the wired release has. Found the above on an ebay website and wondering if anyone has experience with this one or can recommend another that's similiarly priced.
If your going to bash Chinese made gadgets, please don't respond to this thread. :D

I used the PocketWizard Plus II (http://www.pocketwizard.com/HTML/plus2.asp) (<- click here) and it did precisely the same thing, only it offers remote flash triggering, too. All you need for it is the triggering cable. You might want to explore that option, before you decide. It's a little more ... utilitarian in design.

Mucho $$$$ more than the Ebay releases, plus I've already got a Skyport kit for flash. Good suggestion though.
I ordered one of these and the skunk in Hong Kong never sent it - just took the money and ran.

Dang, You didn't bash a Chinese made gadget, but you got a seller of it instead.
Shutter release or flash trigger? Do you recall the sellers name, so I might avoid him.
I have bought several items from Hong Kong sellers and have yet to have a problem either with delivery or the product. Delivery times aren't quite like B and H though. :o

Well, I figured everybody knew of my experience of crappy ebay triggers. The seller was as far as I can recall jiakgong.
