Do you know of a place online that both prints and mats digital images, but doesn't necessarily frame them? I've used americanframe.com before, and they will ship me the prints and the pre-cut mats but won't actually mat the print unless I have them frame it. I'd rather just have it all matted when I get it. Any recommendations? Or should I just get some glue and mat the print myself?

I buy mats from Redimat (http://www.redimat.com/). THey're not the cheapest or the most expensive, but they have good products and wonderfully helpful telephone support.
But really, Tori, mounting a print in a pre-cut mat is as simple as can be. You use tape (NOT glue!). I buy acid-free single-sided Scotch (3M) "scrapbooking tape" from Redimat, but any acid free tape will work. You make two T-hinges at the top of the print (one piece of tape stuck to the back of the print and over-hanging the edge by about an inch, and another piece securing piece #1 to the backing, so that no adhesive comes in contact with the front surface of the print.) Only tape the top edge, so that the print can expand and contract due to changes in humidity without getting misshapen.
