For a Canon body...
Canon is the ONLY one that makes a 70-200 2.8 WITH IS...correct??
(Don Schap - no comments about Sony in-camera IS. As I've said before; if the in-camera IS malfunctions then I have NO lenses with IS. AND, I would have to be without body until it's repaired. At least with in-lens IS, I can still use the lens or work around that focal range.)

Nikon makes theirs ... the AF-S VR Zoom-NIKKOR 70-200mm f/2.8G IF-ED (http://nikonusa.com/Find-Your-Nikon/Product/Camera-Lenses/2139/AF-S-VR-Zoom-NIKKOR-70-200mm-f/2.8G-IF-ED.html) (<- click right here, pal), but no ... there are no known thrid party lenses for Canon that have anti-quake in them @ 70-200 f/2.8. :p
TAMRON now has a 28-300mm that has "VC", though ... f/3.5-6.3 ;)
SIGMA (http://www.sigmaphoto.com/lenses/lenses_all.asp) (<- click right here, pal) has a number of "OS" lenses, but nothing in that precise focal length ... or under f/3.8, either.

Plus, in-lens IS is more effective...
