I remember some members talking about the Nikkor 35 f2 lens not long back and wanted to go back and find it but, I put 35 f2 in search and no results came up. I tried 35 f2D and 35 F2 AF and got the same results. Is there an easier way to find something than what I've tried in finding this discussion?

IIRC, by default search strings need to be greater the 3 characters in vBulletin. It can be changed, but it may not have been done here. If you allow searches on very short strings it makes the search indexes huge and slows down the system.
