What do you think? I turned the contrast back to 0 and the sharpness to +1.

This is with the new 70-300mmm I take it. Looks awesome ... almost too sharp, to be ... frank. It has an almost "cardboard cutout" aspect to it. You know ... 3-D.

I was just thinking, if you can now get nice stuff from the AF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Di LD, just imagine if you improved that kit lens to the SP AF 17-50mm f/2.8 Di-II LD Aspherical (IF)?
I suspect, Frank ... that lens has your name on it. Birthday coming up, soon? A gift from the family, perhaps.

It is on my list. I am real happy with this lens. By the way it is the Tamaron 70-300. I took that picture of my daughter and granddaughter with it.
Thanks Frank
