Hi, I am currently travelling around the globe for a year or two and am busy snapping lots of pics with my Cannon S5 IS. I am using various memory cards of either 2GB or 4GB (Sandisk & Suremedia) until they are full and then swapping to a new one.
The problem is that when I come to view the pictures later either on my camera or in one of the many internet cafe's I must frequent to upload photos and blog etc, a lot of my pictures are disapearing or corrupting. The message displayed instead of the picture is "INCOMPATIBLE JPEG"... I have no idea what this means or what is happening to my pictures?
Is it the camera? The memory cards? The computers I am using? Something else?
Any help or advise would be much appreciated.
