How is Newegg.com for purchases? Any good?

They are what all other e-tailers are compared to.... But..just beware that they and most others charge you a 15% restocking fee for returns, even DOA's. I just bought a video card from them that was DOA and to return it for a refund its $8 shipping and a $4.50 restock fee on a $30 card. So there are risks involved with internet shopping.
