Canon S5 adapters - Help

I will soon get S5 for US, but until my friend come back from US, I have time to order few adapters.

I need some polar filter, and wide angle lens for S5.
But, since I dont know what exactly I need (how much mm). Can somebody tell me detail naimes about products, so I can order it to my friend.

Check lensmateonline.com and also there is a fotodiox adapter in ebay,its cheap when compared to lensmate..just search ebay for it.
