For anyone not planning to pay cash for their camera, Best Buy is running a 2 year no interest deal on any purchase over $999. I just ordered a d300. full price 1799, free shipping. I know I could have bought it from abes of maine for 1689, but would have used a card with 9% int. Plus as a reward zone member they will give me a store credit, I''m not sure how much but usually over 50 or so. If your paying cash go for the discount deal somewhere. Otherwise, I like no interest money deals, especially considering what is happening to the dollar.
So I decided to use their money. By the time it's paid for I should be able to pick up a used d3 for a couple grand and Nikon's next cash cow will be out.
