I need to know what camera this is

A few weeks ago we had our big spring chorale concert at school, and someone randomly took a picture of me afterward. The picture used some kind of feature to make the majority of the picture black and white, but my tie was its real color. Is anyone here aware of a camera that has this selective color feature. I'd ask her but I don't have her number. Help me out guys.

my brother has a canon that does that, i dont know the exact model. it doesnt seem like an uncommon feature though, ive had some friends with cameras with similar capabilities. he can also do "color swap."

Yes, a lot of the Canon P&S cameras can do this.

Yeah I ended up buying a Canon PowerShot SD750. Great camera for the price.
