New Camera Advice needed!!

what camera should i buy?

i love photography, its a hobby, i have the latest Panasonic Lumix FX55 and i love it, its compact and small...

i am looking to take my hobby further, do a course and i want to learn how to use a camera properly, take awesome pics and maybe start freelance...

so, whats the best camera to buy? second hand, budget of around $200....

If you want to learn photography, the best camera is the ones with full manual controls. I'd recommend Canon A720 IS; it has decent zoom, IS and most controls one can wish for. Plus it won't break your bank account.

Among current (more or less) P&S cameras I would suggest the Fujifilm S700 or Samsung NV7. If you go back a few years, then the choices should really widen out. Of course don't expect the older cameras to have so many pixels or as high ISO as today's designs.
