So after a long time I finally had a chance to utilise the full length of the golden hours

As I was heading back, saw what appeared to be a leaf atop a dead bush

Optimism

The whole thing was an eye opener, from the thrill of discovery to the variety of feelings experienced as I was shooting

C&C welcome :)

At first, I didn't even notice the butterfly in the first one! The second one is my favorite.

Thanks michaelb :)
In the first I was trying to show the anonymity of the camoflagued butterfly, the point is that it was hardly visible

The second was my favorite too

I tried clicking a butterfly the other day but unfortunately it wouldn't stay still at all...the second one is also my favourite

I think the trick is to find one resting & try not to disturb it
