I shot a ton of small video clips yesterday, I could view them all on my camera but when I uploaded them to my computer, they were completely dark, I could vaguely see some moving dark shapes in the background. These were taken indoors with low but decent light. Is there any program that can lighten them on my computer? Any tips for videoing in low light? I just got my camera 2 days ago and have filled up my 512 mb card three times now :-]

Have you turned up the contrast and brightness on your monitor? Adjusted the settings in the ADVANCED section of Display Properties? I've noticed that the screens at work, for allot of the people are tons darker then what I have setup at home. Just my simple suggestion. Hope you get it to working.

PC's display things darker than Mac's and cameras, but not that dark. I have shot some short video's and apart from weak sound (mike apparently doesn't gain up either) they appeared fine. Fast movement did induce artifacts, but I hava video camera if I PLAN to take movies..
