I have an A100 and the built in flash causes my 18 month old son to blink every time I shoot him. It also causes me to blink when my husband takes photos of me. I can fix the problem by using the red-eye feature, but I cannot get good shots that way. I read online that it has to to with the pre-flash. It does not effect very many people, but it does effect us. I thought using an external flash would help, but it doesn't seem to. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any ideas or suggestions?
