View Full Version : 30D - new firmware (1.0.6) available - any known problems?

As Canon recently posted a new Firmware (1.0.6) for the 30D (Link) (http://web.canon.jp/imaging/eos30d/eos30d_firmware-e.html), I would like to know if anyone encountered problems either during installation or later on. Would the firmware update reset the image counter? :confused:

Quite honestly I have never bothered with any firmware updates on any of my cameras. I've never had problems and am not about to cause them by fixing something that doesn't need to be fixed.
