I recently bought a Fuji S-700 and have been having fun with it. While not technically great pictures...I thought the camera did well with the water and fish movement. And I didn't see any other fish on the forum. :)

The S700 has a threaded lens, so you should try using a circular polarizer. It can take the glare off the surface of the water and show the fish more clearly.
