New Z812 owner

I just purchased a new Z812 yesterday still getting familiar with it was wondering if anyone else here has this camera. I'm new to the site.

I believe that you will most probably find more Z-712 owners than Z-812 owners. Here is a Z-712 example. Typical Kodak over saturation and contrast.

Yes seeing that there are not many Z812 owners have not seen the oversaturation in color but have not shot to much with it yet.

I read a test report and said that color was a little off and your best to underexpose when you shoot so will set camera to do that. My original battery went dead have had the camera a week yesterday so got a CRV3 Ni-MH and it does not last long. I ordered a charger and 2 Li-ion rechargables KLIC8000 from BestBAtt.com for $46.00

Set the camera to take pictures and colors you like. All digital cameras eat batteries like a fat kid eats cotton candy at the circus. I have no idea how good those aftermarket batteries are, but will say I have at least four KODAK KAA2HR that are eight years old along with 2 KODAK KLIC-5001 that are 5 years old. I'm one that does not like hauling a pocket full of AA batteries every place I go.
