Ebay and lenses

I've been following the bidding on Zuiko 14-54 mm, 2.8 lenses and can't believe what they are going for...

A one year old used lens just sold for $345. Brand new I've seen it as low as $425.

One the other hand, it's nice to know they keep their value :)

Yeah, kind of hard to imagine. Especially when you can get a brand new one from Buydig.com for $400 and free shipping. Which is what I eventually did.

I have no idea why they go for so much on eBay.

It would be a very good idea to buy a few dozen from buydig, then sell them brand new in box plus shipping for a healthy profit of $30 each. We should start right now.
