Hi, I'll maybe buy a olympus c8080. Why because I like the old stuff . And many reviews put this one as a top prosummer camera. So I'm asking is it still a good deal for 500$ usd? Is it still a good camera to part with it?

Considering it has been out of production for years and is available from B&H secondhand for $350, I'd say it's not a great bargain to pay $500 for one. Beware that it takes Olympuses own battery and not standard AA batteries.
