Print Out Date On Picture

I have Nikon Cp5700 for a while now but I am still not quite know how to use all the function yet. I want to print out the date on the picture on the important event like: birthday, wedding ect...How do I set it up in the menu? If I take picture within the group 7 or ten people the flash come out not enough light for the picture. (Distance about 8 to 10 feet) What should I do to have enough light for my picture?

Paul-

Use your flash compensation feature or increase the ISO. I don't believe your camera can print the date on the photo.
