The things that I love in my toy world. The only thing missing is the iMac.;)
This thread is dedicated to make chili smile more, so if you are free of spirit post a pic to express it, only condition is, you.

kev, i usually like your work but as a fellow aussie i feel the need to tell you NONE of those pics inspire or impress me at all.

for a $1000+ lens those shots look like something off a point and shoot. i would give you CC but i know that you know they aren't so great. come back and really impress me with this lens!

Yes you're a tosser tombo, I know they aren't that great as in clarity wise that would make people think wow, also a very overcast day & in shadow most of the time. You see I don't do processing of my pics, I just post of what i want to. But if you must have a shot then try this from the 24-70,I really haven't taken that many shots with it yet. All that those photos were tombo was an expression of my day out, although if you looked at some of them at 100% mag. you might be surprised. One thing this lens has taught me in three days, my freehand tech. sucks.:D
Heres the pic at f2.8 1/1250 @ 70mm, perhaps maybe using the camera as a point & shoot if you will.:D

Any picture that involves a motorcycle and / or twisty roads is a worthwhile picture IMO. :D

Sulphur Crested Cockatoos on the other hand I would shoot on sight if I had the opportunity.

Looks like a sharp lens. The weird thing is that I can see what looks to be the Nestle Peters Ice cream logo in the background near the top of the image in that last shot you posted.

Why does Aust seam to be over-represented as a proportion of our population on this thread, the Nikon forum and the site generally?

Nice shots, I enjoyed the visual trip at least.
