1- wich company shoould i pick (olympus, canon, kodak...)?

Yes. And you can add Nikon, Minolta, Fuji, Panasonic, Pentax, and Sony to your list.

2- what model (no more then 200$)?

A Canon A75 would be a good place to start.

3- should i buy another memory card?

Yes. Most cameras have no memory, and the ones that do have just a small amount.

if you could give a good website to order from that would be good as well....

There is an entire section of this site dedicated to that question. You should spend some time there. In fact, you would do well to go through the reviews of the different cameras in your price range. Also, there are several other sites that contain good reviews of digicams.

good luck,

I have a Stylus 400 (similar to the 410) and it's fine for trips but maybe not quite enough for some of the more serious shots. 1 thing to note is that the Stylus-series are tough, mine is covered in scrathes and dropped a couple of times but still runs well (fingers crossed). The Canon A85/75 are good too but they are a bit bigger.

I'll say if you want a tough easy to use camera that take decent pictures, and you DON'T need manual controls, then the Stylus 410 will be a very very good choice. Just make sure you get an extra battery with it.

However, if you want something with more controls and don't mind the slightly bigger size, the Canon A85/75 are good. The only difference would be the megapixels. They have an advantage of using AAs too.

Thon-

Yes, the Stylus 400/410 are tough little cameras, I agree. However, a lot of folks will desire a digital camera where the ISO can be changed, and that is just not possible, I am told, on the Stylus 400/410 digital cameras.
