Pentax Optio M20

I bought Pentax Optio M20 12/07.

I purchased a memory chip which was working okay for sometime.

The problem I have now is that I HAVE DIFFICULTY IN REMOVING THE MEMORY CHIP.

The last time I used the camera was 4/2007 and it was working okay.

Then I removed the batteries and the memory chip.

Now I intend to use the camera in my future trip.

Please advise.

I found out what is the problem:

In order to remove the MEMORY CHIP I have to push it down.
