Hello my name is Helen and I'm from Ireland.
I have my E400 for some months now and still have lots to learn.
I thought I might just show some of the shots taken with this camera.
Would love to learn more with Olympus users.
This is Glenstal Castle near where I live.

Thanks for your post and your three lovely photos. I am also a new Olympus DSLR camera owner. I just purchased an E-410 model. Here is a photo of my husband Bradley, and this was the first photo with the new camera.
I live in the USA state of Oregon on the west coast of the United States. So I am sure there are number of photo that we can share. My challenge for now is to become much more familiar with the Olympus E-410, so I can get to know the camera better.

My husband, Bradley and I were out today to shoot a few E-410 photos so that you can get a small vision of our eighborhood.
Our area does not have a huge concentration of population. We are the "country" so as to speak. Because we live directly upon the Pacific Ocean, fishing is an important industry here. Dungeness Crab is one of the biggest catches here. This is a photo showing the local crab boats.
Living on the ocean, lighthouses are very important. This is the Battery Point Lighthouse. It was originally built in 1867.
Our home overlooks the Pacific Ocean. This photo was taken about 2 miles south of our homesite. However, it does give you a good view of the ocean.

It's nice to see images from the Emerald Isle. It seems you and your E-400 are getting along rather nicely for only a couple months together. I look forward to more.
Nice to see to you here also. I think it's time for you to petition Jeff to start a "Camera Addicts Forum" or you take over his reviews section.:D
Regardless, I look forward to your progress, thoughts and tips on this system as you have provided in other system threads.

Lovely colour in those shots Helen. I can see why it's called the Emerald Isle.
