I'm still looking!

Now I have a choice of 3: Canon SD300, Canon A95, Casio P600

My requirements:
- compact to fit in a pocket
- good quality images in low light
- print A3 to excellent quality
- a camera which will allow me to develop my skills as a photographer and be more creative (I guess this would rule out SD300)
- a good quality all round camera
- a camera which will not be out-dated too quickly

Any recommendations ?

I've only found a few reviews of the P600 but they seem good so far. Technically I'm not sure how much different it is from the A95

The Casio P-700 has actually received better reviews than the P-600. Size seems to be important to you so take a good look at the Canon SD-300. If you want to move into the 7mp range, the Olympus C-7000 is also unusally small and worth a look. It would give you 7mp + 5X Optical Zoom.

The A series is huge. The Panasonic FX7 is very small.

I'm by no means anti-Panasonic since I own and Love my Panasonic Lumix Z20 BUT for unfortunately, their ultracompacts did not receive very favorable reviews. Yes, the Canon A series are bulkier but also better in all aspects (except size)...what about Sony P150 or soon to be released P200?
