Canon EOS 450D vs Canon 30D

Hello everybody,

I'm planning to buy my first DSLR camera, but can't really decide between the latest "Digital Rebel" Canon EOS 450D (http://a.img-dpreview.com/news/0801/canon/eos450dfront.jpg) or the older Canon EOS 30D (http://a.img-dpreview.com/reviews/CanonEOS30D/Images/frontview.jpg). Now that the 40D is available, the price drop of the 30D made it pretty interesting for me...

I have a Canon 30D and a Canon 40D here, i am very happy with them although the 40D is much better in my opinion.

The big advantage of the 450D is the 12,2 megapixel CMOS sensor, but for all the rest i prefer the 30D
