Hey all

I'm looking for a couple of books to read (while working away). I have been through 3 of bryan petersons books and really liked them, but want to start moving on to different topics.

Are there any really good books out there on studio lighting/flashguns, maybe something on event photography, weddings and/or stock photography. Any books that will teach things that you need if you did a proffesional job. Poses, workflow, post processing, equipment etcetc.

I know there are tons of books out there on some of these topics but I would like to get recommendations from you guys. I have already bought a book or two and ended up wasting my money (comes from judging a book by its cover I guess:P)

Anyways, hope you guys have some good recomendations for me :)

Craig

Here's some stuff to keep you occupied...

A book every photographer should read...and then read again:

http://www.amazon.com/Light-Science-Introduction-Photographic-Lighting/dp/0240808193/ref=tag_tdp_sv_edpp_i

A very good book on portrait lighting that shows the lighting setups and the results using each setup:

http://www.amazon.com/Master-Lighting-Guide-Portrait-Photographers/dp/1584281251/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1204999362&sr=8-2

If you haven't already found it, the flash and studio lighting mecca (although the site is having mucho trouble today):
