Sorry this is going to sound like a dumb question..
I want to add an ND (Neutral Density) filter to my A95 so I'll obviously be needing the LA-DC52D Conversion Lens Adapter.
Will this mean pushing the button and detaching the 3x optical zoom lens to attach the ND filter?
Then I am left with no 3x optical zoom or most important lens???
Do I need to buy the optional lens to attach an ND filter??

It's just the ring on the front of the camera that you're removing, not the zoom. That's part of the camera. Press the button the lower left hand side and turn the ring at the base of the zoom lens. That's where you would attach the LA-DC52 and your ND filter will go on the end of that.
You won't lose your zoom.

Thanks Velvet. :D
One more question.., is it possible to attach multiple 52mm threaded filters one after the other?

I do all of the time. I use my skylight filter behind my macro lens and quite often use a circular polarizer with either red or yellow filters when I shoot black and white.
As long as the filter you are putting on first is threaded, you can attach others.

oh man, thats swell. :)
I thought the stacking thing was only possible with them square (non threaded) fiters the pro's use.
Thanks Velvet you've been very helpfull.., Take Care. :p
