Address Book in Easy Share V1003

I am new at this, so maybe I did something wrong. When I hit the share button--I then hit email. I get a message saying--No address book in camera.
It tells me to hook up camera to pc, and input--which I have done a dozen times. Have I deletd the address book, playing around--or is this function useless? This is the first time in my life, I have posted in a forum--so I sure hope you understand my question.

I think you have to create the address book on your PC using the Easyshare software. You then download those addresses (or address book) to your camera, so that when you hit "email" on the camera, it'll give you a listing of downloaded email addresses, which you highlight to send to.

You do have to tag the pix with the Easyshare button before you email them too. That way, they're tagged for sharing or as favourites.
