Replacing my old Kodak camera and thinking of buying dSLR type (fix lense) camera. I have question for DiMage A2, is the camera set up as a USB Mass Storeage device. It would be a helpfull because I have new iRiver H320 MP3 player with USB on-the-go which can host USB devices without the use of a PC so I could transfer files just with my iriver.

If I were you, though, just to be sure, I'd go into a shop where they carry the A2 and plug it into your gadget to see if it's recognized or not.

Some do required software or software driver to operate. The thing is, theres no shop that carries this camera so I will be ordering it on the internet.

I know my reply seem a bit out of line. But I didn't want to start a new tread, don't want to be a pain since my problem is probably not as important.
Anyways, I was hoping for some hints on getting the accessories for my new Z2. I find it a very weird shape, so I can't really get a small camera bag, and I don't want a big one cause, it's expensive and way too big for my liking. Also, is that wide lens converter a need or just a want? Also, what about the flash? need or want?
And finally, any hints where I can find a good and reliable place to buy these stuff in the net.

Well trying to stay inline with this topic, Elite RR, I personally am a bit disappointed about the fact that our digital cameras are only recognized as USB mass storage devices. I looked around a bit and I find that some cameras have the ability to be webcam as well. And what is even more disappointing is that the camera does not allow live feed to the computer.

Anyways I think I talked a bit too much.

Thanks for tolerating.
