looking for DC with particular features

Hello all:

First of all - Excellent site - kudos to admin.

I am looking for a DC with the following features
a. AutoFlash
b. AutoFocus assist lamp
c. Time and date stamp
d. Ultra zoom (optical >=10x)

My budget - $500.00

I am not just posting this without doing research. I looked at several sites for about a month now, but just couldn't find the right one.

Any suggestions?

-Prasad....that if you remove item c. from the list, suddenly your task gets easier? I don't know of any ultra zoom cameras that will also allow a time/date imprint on images. But the time and date are always stored with the image in the EXIF data you retrieve from the camera when you download an image; if this still doesn't satisfy you, here's (http://www.exifer.friedemann.info/?) a piece of PC-compatible software that will retrieve the time & date from the EXIF data and embed it into the image.

Take a look at the Kodak DX-6490 and Dx-7590. I believe that possibly they will put check marks against all item on your list.
