Its good Rhys.... Maybe sharpen it a bit to get some pop on the watch face.

Rhys - your lighting is very nice - minimal shadows & reflections.
As far as what you might want to change: what's the emphasis here? I think it would be the watch face. Right now it's off to one side with the cover reflection partially obscuring it and the chain (though it's nicely out of focus) taking up a large portion of the shot. I would also angle the face towards the camera instead of lying it flat. You could also add more emphasis by hitting the face directly with it's own light. Don't know if you were using flash or continous lighting, but they're now selling these little LED lights for jewelry photography that add some sparkle to your items. Finally, again depending on what you want to achieve, most watch photography is done with macro lenses where the watch face really fills the frame. Obviously this is not a wrist watch, but maybe try a few of those too to see if you like it.
Ok. How about this?

 Awesome shots! For some reason, the first one appeals more to me :) It has that bling factor ... LOL. The last one is just plain.

I think that's better (though again, the first one wasn't bad - just a question of what you're trying to emphasize.)
In this one, the watch seems to be falling off into the shadows a bit. I'd place it more under the light. How about standing the watch up on end filling the shot, with the chain trailing off behind it?
very nice. What iso what that taken with?
100 ISO.
I tried a different background and it didn't work out. It seems thus far, having tried black, green and white that white is best at the moment.

I prefer the second shot too, the chain links are neater in the first though

Great results with a simple setup. You are truly of the Strobist philosophy. Looks like you'll have some pics to put in the website portfolio shortly.
