Curious, will something like this
http://www.amazon.com/o/ASIN/B00009R9D8/102-1861392-6911323?SubscriptionId=02ZH6J1W0649DTNS6002 work on my camera? With the lens adapter/?
I'm trying to get the most out of my lil camera. I would love a new SLR with macro lens n all, but it isn't in the budget at the moment.
Will this at least get me 'close'?

KODAK lens adapter for the DX6490/DX7590/Z7590 part number is 152 5088 get it at
www.kodak.com
Then you can use any 55mm threaded lens or filter you like. Just don't buy the ebay stuff, it's only good for paper weights.
The KODAK WCON is a nice lens as is the KODAK TCON
The OLYMPUS TCON is another long lens that works good on your camera

I dont see any lens adapters for the dx7590 anymore on kodaks website. Are the adapters on ebay really not good ? I was thinking about the one from fotodiox

If it's 44.2mm to 55mm you'll be ok. If it's made of plastic I'd not hang a heavy lens from it.
