No, I am not giving the tutorial here as I am not nearly qualified enough to do so. I have been into photography for many years now with most of that experience coming in the form of film photography. I am loving digital photography but have a long way to go in terms of post processing. My day to day computer skills are functional at best leaving my photoshop skills......well, you get the picture. I stumbled across this tutorial on levels and was amazed how a few simple corrections can really make a photo pop. Here is a link to the tutorial I was following for anyone who just wants a bit more knowledge. http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutorials/levels.htm I'm sure there are hundreds more like this one and probably better ones, but I like to share anything that I find useful.....I hope it helps.

Edit: They also have this one on curves http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutorials/photoshop-curves.htm

From everything that I have gained and learnt from others here in this forum, it's the least I could do. I'm glad I could help.:D

Thanks for the heads up!

I've found the Cambridge tutorials to be excellent for my amateur levels of understanding about the "technicalities" of PP. Nice clear, 'simple English' explanations, and diagrams too.

Cheers :)

Ya, I agree. They really make it easy to understand "Why" you are doing that particular action in a way that's easy to understand. It really made sense after reading it.
