Bought a camera there today (in-store). I paid and went to the pick-up point. What did I get: a battered, half-ripped box. Inside was a camera with finger prints - which I regocnised as the floor display model I was looking at just a few minutes before.
I refused to accept it and they eventually gave me an actual new camera. What a bunch of crooks! I cannot imagine giving them my credit card online - and getting THAT in the mail!
I used to shop here a lot, but I finally believe the compaints I have been hearing lately about these guys - avoid them like the plague.
