S3 IS Lens Accessories?

I started taking my photography hobby seriously and I'm considering buying lens accessories for my S3.

I'm thinking of getting those Canon branded lens converter but I would like to hear from you guys about your recommendation and if there's a good and a little bit cheaper alternative.

lensmate, adaptor and converters. I leave the adaptor on almost all the time just to protect the lens mech.
