Curious how to do this type of shot..

Is this done by shooting continous shots, then merging them into one pic? Can this be done by HRD in CS2, or can someone point me in the right direction? lol Sorry the picture is so big, the other ways I was trying to post the picture smaller it wouldnt load.

its a method called multiplicity. Throw it into google.

Cool deal, looks like they can be a lot of fun to do! Ive really only messed with layers once to do some selective color, but I think I can handle it. Thanks for the heads up!
